Arvore Partners Upgrades EquiONE Operating Platform to Manage More Than 5 Billion Records and Additional Legacy Systems

Better system compatibility and live analytics accelerate onboarding and deliver deeper operational insight throughout Arvore’s North American holdings.

“The more systems EquiONE can absorb, the faster we can bring a new business onto one operating picture.”— Matt BarrCALGARY, AB, CANADA, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Omnigence Asset Management (“Omnigence”) today unveiled a significant update to EquiONE, the proprietary operational system used by Arvore Partners LP (“Arvore”), an affiliated partner fund of Omnigence, to integrate, oversee, and enhance the founder-led companies it consolidates across North America. The upgraded solution now handles more than 5 billion live data records and accommodates a wider array of legacy software environments, enabling Arvore to integrate newly purchased firms more swiftly, irrespective of their existing systems.

Following this enhancement, EquiONE captures and normalizes information from an increased variety of older accounting, ERP, and point-of-sale platforms — the typical software stack used by founder-run enterprises — linking them to a unified dashboard that now monitors over 5,000 key performance metrics and more than 5 billion real-time data entries across Arvore’s portfolio, which includes more than 200 locations. Retail transactions, manufacturing output, inventory levels, workforce data, and financial reports are recorded at the transaction level and displayed in a single view, with newly acquired entities typically integrated within roughly eight weeks.

This live visibility, combined with automated reporting and predictive insights that trigger deviation alerts, enables Arvore’s operations teams to identify continuous-improvement opportunities and respond without delay — implementing proven practices across five industry verticals, regardless of the legacy systems a new acquisition brings. Supporting a broader selection of source systems eliminates a frequent integration obstacle and allows Arvore to execute parallel consolidations across sectors in an “assembly line” fashion rather than as isolated projects.

“The more systems EquiONE can absorb, the faster we can bring a new business onto one operating picture,” said Matt Barr, partner at Arvore and a director of Omnigence. “Founder-led companies each arrive with their own ERP, accounting, point-of-sale, and operational software. Expanding the platform to handle more of those systems, and far more data, means we integrate faster and improve how each company runs sooner.”

As Arvore extends its consolidation strategy into the United States, starting with a focus on the Texas lower mid-market, the upgraded EquiONE will provide newly acquired U.S. businesses with the same integration speed and operational rigor already applied throughout Arvore’s current portfolio.
