This Two-Day Online Event Offers Christian Women a Chance to Deepen Their Faith, Reconnect with God, and Cultivate Meaningful Fellowship
At a time when women are balancing demanding careers, families, ministries, communities, and countless obligations, She Leads Church is carving out room for them to pause, reengage with their faith, and reinforce the base from which they lead. The organization introduces its Fall 2026 Virtual Conference, “Deepening Roots,” scheduled for October 1–2, 2026.
Building on She Leads Church’s yearly theme, “She Is Rooted,” this autumn gathering zeros in on “Deepening Our Roots.” The concept emphasizes that enduring impact comes from a solid spiritual foundation. Instead of concentrating only on what women achieve, the conference invites attendees to reflect on where they are planted and how that grounding affects the way they lead, serve, and live.
“Our theme for the year is ‘She Is Rooted,’ and this fall, we’re going deeper by focusing on ‘Deepening Our Roots,’” says Suzanne Nadell, author of Wired to Lead: Being the Leader the Church Didn’t Think You Could Be and CEO of She Leads Church. “We want to make sure that where we’re planted as leaders, we have a strong foundation that allows us to grow, lead, and thrive. When women come together with a shared focus on leadership and our relationship with the Lord, our lives are filled with more purpose, peace, and joy.”
The two-day virtual gathering offers women access to biblical instruction, encouragement, introspection, and connection with fellow believers. By hosting the conference online, She Leads Church ensures the experience is available to women no matter their location.
“Leadership can be demanding, and it is easy to become so focused on what needs to be done that we forget to nurture the foundation that sustains us,” says Nadell. “Deepening Roots is an invitation for women to pause, reconnect with Christ, and allow Him to strengthen the places from which they lead.”
For those seeking more than just a two-day event, She Leads Church provides an All Access Pass for $67 during early-bird pricing, with the cost set to rise to $97. This pass grants six months of access to the conference material, enabling participants to revisit sessions, go through content at a relaxed pace, contemplate the teachings, and turn the material into a Bible study experience—either alone or with a group.
A Standard Pass is available for $20 and provides access to the conference during October 1–2.
