A ceremony took place on July 23 at the Exchange at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio, to recognize the honorees.
Dr. Weston came on board at Donaldson Health in June 2022 with the directive to create a functional medicine division that had no prior presence in Columbus, Ohio: one that was clinically thorough, physician-directed, and based on actual diagnostic testing rather than a supplement-heavy wellness approach. Over four years, she has expanded that department from a single provider into a seven-member team covering dietetics, hormone health, gut health, fertility optimization, and medical weight management.

She holds dual board certification in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, possesses an IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) certification, and brings over two decades of clinical experience to her work, including her own background as a functional medicine patient.
Outside the clinic, she frequently speaks at community health events throughout Central Ohio—ranging from menopause conferences at The Ohio State University to GLP-1 conversations at neighborhood breweries—and appears as a regular guest on Donaldson's "Asking For a Friend" podcast.
