After the success of its 2026 edition in Austin, TechCon SouthWest is broadening into North Texas, where a single startup will earn the opportunity to compete for a $1 million prize
RICHARDSON, TX, UNITED STATES, September 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — TechCon Global revealed today that TechCon SouthWest 2027 will occur on Thursday, January 21, 2027, at Richardson, Texas’s Eisemann Center. Building on a strong TechCon SouthWest 2026 in Austin, the conference is expanding into North Texas, uniting investors, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, technology leaders, startups, and innovation ecosystem leaders for a day focused on emerging technology, investment, and valuable business connections.

The main attraction of TechCon SouthWest 2027 will be the Startup Innovation Showcase, which doubles as the Startup World Cup SouthWest Regional Final. Selected startups will present live pitches to an audience of over 100 investors, more than 50 strategic partners, and upwards of 1,000 attendees, gaining visibility across the TechCon Global ecosystem.
The winning startup will proceed to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco, competing for a $1 million investment prize against regional champions from around the world. Hosted by Pegasus Tech Ventures, Startup World Cup ranks among the largest startup competitions globally, featuring roughly 200 regional events spanning six continents.

TechCon SouthWest 2027 will include keynote addresses, fireside chats, expert panels, startup pitches, technology exhibits, and curated networking.
