European Falcon Farms Broaden Their Footprint at Saudi Auction as Investor Interest Increases

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — A growing number of European falcon breeding operations are taking part in Saudi Arabia’s International Falcon Breeders Auction, indicating increased faith in the event as a niche market for captive-bred falcons and a venue for fresh investment.

Ali Mughal, an Austrian falconer who runs Valley Club Falcon farm, introduced his Slovak associate, Logo, to this year’s auction. His goal was to demonstrate the commercial activity and potential investment prospects tied to the event. Mughal also considerably expanded his own involvement this year, transporting approximately 100 falcons, a substantial increase from the smaller numbers he brought during earlier editions.

“The auction is developing year after year and has become a safe and reliable marketplace for selling farm-bred falcons, which encouraged me to expand my participation this year,” Mughal said.

Mughal mentioned that he had invited his Slovak partner to observe the auction directly and evaluate its economic viability.

“After seeing the organization, strong turnout and investment opportunities, he decided to participate in the next auction with his own farm,” Mughal said.
