First launched in the San Francisco Bay Area this summer, the AI product studio from Interas Labs has now brought its debut offering to the MEASA region.

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Interas Research, the AI product studio that emerged from enterprise cloud engineering firm Interas Labs, has officially introduced Vektor, its engine for agentic transformation, at Dubai AI Festival 2026 held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The reveal comes only months after Interas Research established its presence in the San Francisco Bay Area during the summer, marking the company’s inaugural product launch.

The landscape of AI agents has shifted dramatically—they now execute actions inside enterprise systems rather than merely suggesting them—yet most transformation efforts still unfold as isolated projects that are costly to build, challenging to oversee, and opaque to leadership. Vektor addresses this head-on. Its registry-first control plane assigns every agent a designated owner, a defined purpose, and an approved scope of authority; it monitors for divergence between what was sanctioned and what the agent actually executes, automatically quarantining the agent in a fail-closed state when deviation occurs; and it maintains a per-decision evidence trail for every action taken. The system governs the workload identity that each agent’s cloud platform already supplies, and it operates within the customer’s own cloud environment, with data remaining in the customer’s hands.

Vektor also fuels a fundamentally different type of enterprise. Interas Labs delivers agentic transformation as a governed service, embedding Vektor as the software engine within every engagement—selling the outcomes themselves, not a software licence. Each governed workflow generates reusable templates, policy packs, and evidence patterns, allowing transformation to build on itself: every deployment accelerates, secures, and reduces the cost of the next one.

“Answering the regulator’s simplest question with complete evidence—which agent acted, on whose data, under whose authority—is still genuinely hard,” said Ujwal Reddy, Founder and CEO of Interas Research. “Vektor exists so that question always has an answer. And transformation should compound; that is how we build a business that grows stronger with every customer, and that’s why we’re bringing this vision to MEASA first.”

From San Francisco Bay Area to Dubai

Interas Research was built on a core belief: a future where intelligence empowers people and organizations while authority remains firmly in human hands. Its mission centers on developing the engineering principles, systems, and standards that keep increasingly capable intelligence under deliberate human authority.
“For decades, enterprise software did exactly what its code said, and you could audit it by reading that code. AI doesn’t work that way,” said Ujwal Reddy. “Our job is to surround non-deterministic intelligence with deterministic systems, so a company can delegate work to AI without delegating its authority. We started Interas Research in San Francisco Bay Area this summer. We came to Dubai to launch Vektor because this is where banks, governments, and regulated enterprises are moving fastest—and asking the hardest version of the question: what authority are we prepared to delegate to intelligence?”

Vektor is now operational for AWS environments. With the backing of Interas Labs’ 11-year enterprise engineering platform, Interas Research is growing its workforce and intends to broaden Vektor’s support to additional cloud platforms within the next year.

Interas Research is kicking off 60-day design-partner pilots open to regulated enterprises throughout MEASA, with success evaluated based on governed outcomes. **Why it matters:** As enterprises increasingly hand real decision-making power to AI agents, the ability to track, audit, and control those actions becomes a critical business requirement. Vektor’s registry-first approach—keeping data in the customer’s cloud and maintaining evidence trails—points to a future where regulated industries can scale AI adoption without surrendering oversight, potentially setting a standard for how agentic systems are governed across the MEASA region and beyond.
