Convening senior executives to examine AI integration, change capacity, and the tactics needed to convert transformation spending into concrete business outcomes
Prosci, a worldwide authority in change management, today unveiled Infinite Change: A Prosci Executive Summit — an exclusive event for business leaders focused on one of the most pressing challenges organisations currently face: how to cultivate the internal ability to thrive in an environment where change no longer has an endpoint.
Scheduled for October 26–28, 2026, at The Rally Hotel in Denver, Infinite Change will gather up to 150 executives, transformation leaders, change leaders, and organisational leaders for high-level discussions, client insights, and hands-on frameworks that address AI adoption and integration, ongoing change, organisational capability, and quantifiable business results.
AI is speeding up the rate at which organisations must pivot. Yet despite heavy investments in new technologies and transformation projects, technology is seldom the sole limiting factor. Whether people successfully embrace and embed new ways of working ultimately decides if those investments turn into meaningful business outcomes.
Infinite Change is built for the leaders responsible for making that happen.
“Organizations can no longer approach change as a series of isolated projects with clear beginnings and endings,” said Scott McAllister, Chief Executive Officer of Prosci. “The organizations positioned to succeed will be those that develop the capability to continuously adapt, integrate new ways of working and turn transformation into measurable business results.”
From AI Adoption to AI Integration
The summit will investigate three critical issues confronting enterprise leaders today: the swift effect of AI on operating models, change capability as a competitive advantage, and the imperative to measure adoption and integration as business results.
The agenda will explore why AI adoption can falter even when the technology functions properly, how organisations can embed change capability across leadership and talent, and why conventional implementation metrics may neglect whether transformation is genuinely altering how work gets done.
The program includes Conor Grennan, CEO of AI Mindset and former Chief AI Architect at NYU Stern School of Business, delivering the morning keynote, “Leading Without a Finish Line.” Grennan will examine why AI adoption succeeds or stalls based on human behaviour rather than technical capability and demonstrate what changes when leaders stop treating AI as just another tool and begin weaving it into everyday work processes.
Featured Prosci speakers include:
Scott McAllister, Chief Executive Officer
Tim Creasey, Chief Innovation Officer
Michelle Haggerty, Chief Operating Officer
Romona Brown, President, North America
Paul Gonzalez, Vice President, AI Solutions
The summit will also host “Becoming a Frontier Firm,” a fireside conversation that explores moving from adopting AI tools to redesigning workflows and how leading organisations are building readiness within their teams.
A moderated panel titled “Leading in a World That Doesn't Stand Still,” led by Romona Brown, will bring together enterprise leaders to share what they have learned from steering through AI and continuous change, the methods that yield results, and what leadership demands when change no longer arrives as a single, well-defined initiative.
Speakers for these sessions will be announced shortly.
Attendees will also take part in breakout sessions focused on how leaders can provide clarity when the future remains uncertain and how organisations can develop adaptability as an enterprise-wide capability rather than merely an individual leadership trait.
Paul Gonzalez will close the full-day program with a forward-looking keynote that explores the emerging solutions and leadership approaches that will shape organisations built for what lies ahead.
Building Change Capability as a Competitive Advantage
Infinite Change reflects Prosci's broader mission to help organisations move beyond simply managing individual transformations toward building the internal capacity to navigate change on an ongoing basis.
As AI accelerates the speed and complexity of transformation, organisations increasingly need the ability to adapt without restarting from scratch with every new initiative. Strengthening change capability across leaders, managers, and employees enables organisations to respond more effectively as technology, markets, and ways of working continue to evolve.
The summit is intended for senior executives and executive sponsors who oversee organisational transformation; CHROs, people and organisational leaders dealing with the workforce implications of AI and digital change; and transformation and program leaders accountable for ensuring that adoption translates into measurable business outcomes.
