This solution allows event organizers leveraging both platforms to present a searchable, zoomable venue map directly within the Cvent Attendee Hub, while seamlessly syncing exhibitor and session data from Cvent into ExpoFP.
Developed with the Cvent REST API, this integration features a scheduled one-way data transfer from Cvent to ExpoFP. Organizers can keep managing exhibitors and sessions in Cvent, which continues to serve as the authoritative source for all synchronized information.
Within the Cvent Attendee Hub, attendees can zoom in and explore the venue, look up exhibitors by name, category, or booth number, access exhibitor profiles, find sessions and amenities, and leverage digital wayfinding for event navigation. The same interactive floor plan is also accessible through a dedicated URL that works on mobile browsers without the need for a separate app download.

The integration also works with ExpoFP’s exhibitor and sponsor visibility tools, including Featured Listings, Logo in Booth, and Logo in Header placements. These settings are configured within ExpoFP and remain active even when synchronized data is updated from Cvent.
Most events can be connected within a matter of days once credentials and floor plan materials are provided. This integration is available for paid ExpoFP plans and can be used with self-service floor plans or maps designed by ExpoFP’s professional design team.
