Recently unveiled space bolsters the brand’s expanding catalog while offering a more engaging and functional hub for wholesale clients.

HIGH POINT, NC, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — BDI, recognized as a frontrunner in thoughtfully crafted home furnishings, is set to debut

a fresh showroom at 220 Elm, Fourth Floor, for the upcoming Fall High Point Market, running October 17–21, 2026. This

roughly 7,000-square-foot venue signifies a major milestone for the company as it

broadens its product lines and introduces a space tailored to better serve merchants,

interior decorators, press, and industry peers. Crafted by Liquid Design based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and constructed by Suburban Construction, the

new showroom was designed to embody the BDI identity while functioning as a useful merchandising

tool for retail clients. Rather than featuring furniture as standalone items, the showroom

showcases full living settings that illustrate how BDI’s collections integrate seamlessly within a

home. “This showroom stands as the most comprehensive physical representation of BDI we’ve ever built,”

remarked Sol Garay, President of BDI. “It captures the company’s current trajectory, the diverse range of categories

we now cover, and the potential we foresee ahead. This space provides us with a far more robust platform for conveying the complete BDI narrative and for demonstrating how thoughtful design and smart functionality can enhance day-to-day living.”

The newly designed area has been carefully arranged to maximize the utility of every inch. Strategic

lighting, curated room vignettes, product displays, and intuitive traffic flow allow visitors to experience not just the

furnishings themselves, but their role within a fully realized home.

Moreover, the showroom highlights BDI’s ongoing growth into areas beyond the media and office furniture

segments that have historically defined the company. Expanded displays across bedroom,

dining, storage, and occasional furniture enable the brand to present the full scope of its collection

in a single unified setting, while also offering room for future product debuts and training

sessions. Specific product announcements for Fall Market will be shared at a later date.

“Our retail partners were the focus of our planning throughout every stage of the design,” stated Dave

Adams, Vice President of Marketing at BDI. “We aimed to craft a space that inspires and reflects the

BDI brand, but also serves as a functional guide that shows how strategic merchandising and

product placement can elevate the shopper experience. Our goal is for retailers to walk away from the

showroom with actionable concepts they can implement in their own locations.”

Situated on the fourth level of 220 Elm, the showroom boasts generous natural light, warm oak

accents, polished concrete floors, dedicated display zones, and areas for meetings and

hospitality during Market. The floor plan is intended to motivate visitors to linger,

explore the collections, and appreciate the finer details that set BDI products apart.
