Throughout the approval period, ANSCER Robotics platforms are exempt from the relevant Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Covered List restrictions, provided that specified conditions are met. The action addresses a national-security eligibility requirement tied to FCC equipment authorization. Separate rules still apply for equipment authorization, product requirements, and deployment conditions.
