With many specialists booked for months, the summit tackles brain fog, sleep, sex, bladder, hair loss, and honors "We Do Not Care Club" founder Melani Sanders
Women should not have to spend years searching for someone who understands what is happening to their bodies, WisePause collapses years of searching and waiting into one day of access.”— Denise Pines, FounderLOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, August 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — For women dealing with brain fog, insomnia, hair changes, bladder concerns, shifts in sexual health, and low energy, finding a clinician who specializes in menopause can involve waiting months on a list—and, often, still no clear direction. On Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, WisePause Wellness will gather more than 30 leading physicians, functional medicine practitioners, nutrition specialists, and fitness experts at the Los Angeles Skirball Cultural Center for a one-day summit centered on the important and transformative questions women are asking now as they navigate midlife challenges.
The 12th Annual WisePause Wellness (Peri)Menopause Live Summit will turn the Skirball Cultural Center's Ahmanson Ballroom into a full-day resource hub for women managing perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health. Many of the featured experts have waitlists that stretch for months from women seeking their care. The event blends medical and functional medicine viewpoints so attendees can access science-backed information, compare different approaches, and depart with actionable steps.
"Women should not have to spend years searching for someone who understands what is happening to their bodies," said Denise Pines, founder of WisePause Wellness. "WisePause collapses years of searching and waiting into one day of access. Women can hear from experts across specialties, ask better questions and leave with a clearer plan for what to do next."
