LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, October 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Jon Himoff, who serves as Chief Product Officer at Image Analysis Group (IAG), has earned a spot on the CIO 100 UK 2026. This annual list, curated by CIO UK and Foundry, honors 100 of the United Kingdom’s most innovative and impactful leaders in technology. The honorees were revealed during the CIO 100 Awards Ceremony and Dinner held at The Royal Lancaster in London on September 24, 2026.

Himoff oversees product, technology, and AI strategy at IAG. This includes DYNAMIKA™, the company’s proprietary system for imaging in clinical trials. Sponsors leverage this platform to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new drugs, assembling the necessary evidence for regulatory clearance.

“Over the last twenty years, I’ve been involved in nearly every facet of the tech landscape: founder, product leader, developer, AI architect,” Himoff stated. “At IAG, that diverse background has coalesced into DYNAMIKA™. This recognition is shared equally with the product leaders, engineers, QA, compliance, and support teams who collaborated with me to design and build it.”

Himoff extended congratulations to Catherine Merritt, this year’s top-ranked honoree, and expressed gratitude to CIO UK and Foundry, specifically Georgina Owens, Dax Grant, and Rebecca Fox, for “a very well-run and content-rich event.”

Designed for Imaging Clinical Trials

In a recent sponsored piece published by The Clinical Trial Vanguard, titled “DYNAMIKA™: The Operating System for Imaging Clinical Trials,” IAG detailed the philosophy behind the platform. Many platforms currently used in imaging clinical trials evolved through the acquisition of disparate tools or began as reader software later adapted for image collection. DYNAMIKA™, in contrast, was conceived and constructed from the outset as a comprehensive enterprise platform for imaging clinical trials. Operating on cloud-native architecture, it manages the entire trial lifecycle, from site qualification and the initial test image upload to database lock.

The system automatically performs quality control checks on each image at the moment of upload. If a scan deviates from the protocol—for example, an incorrect echo time or a scanner model not on the approved list—DYNAMIKA™ identifies the issue before it enters the dataset. Sponsors are alerted on the same day, rather than discovering the problem at the interim analysis.

DYNAMIKA™ also adopts an enterprise-wide perspective. Instead of configuring each trial as a separate instance, it consolidates all of a sponsor’s studies, sites, and readers onto a single shared infrastructure. Site performance history, reader calibration records, and QC rules are carried forward from one study to the next.

“Most sponsors don’t realize they’ve been running their imaging programs in silos until they need to answer a question that crosses multiple studies,” Himoff explained. “With DYNAMIKA™, that question has a ready answer. The site history, reader calibration data, and QC benchmarks are all centralized. By the time a sponsor runs their third study with us, their startup time is a fraction of what it was for the first.”

The platform is GxP-validated, SOC 2 Type II and 21 CFR Part 11-compliant. It supports imaging endpoints across oncology, obesity and metabolic disease, rheumatology and musculoskeletal disease, neurology, and other therapeutic fields.

Regarding CIO 100 UK

The CIO 100 originated in the United States over thirty years ago and now operates annually in markets such as the UK, Germany, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, and India. It has been referred to as the “Oscars of the IT industry.” In 2026, the UK program, produced by Foundry Events, merged the former CIO Summit with the CIO 100 Awards to create the CIO 100 Awards & Conference UK. The event recognizes CIOs and senior technology executives who achieve business results through digital leadership, strategic foresight, and technological innovation.

Candidates must demonstrate measurable impact, strong leadership, and a clear connection between technology and business objectives. They must also operate at the highest echelons of technology strategy and delivery, including board-level decisions. An independent panel of senior technology professionals evaluates the submissions.

The 2026 theme was “The AI-Native Enterprise: A CIO Blueprint for 2030.” Topics explored included AI as an operational model, updating legacy systems, and digital transformation within a volatile economic environment.

The full list of winners is available on the CIO 100 UK awards page.
