For manufacturers who juggle heavy material samples between sales calls and showroom floors, presentation consistency often falls apart somewhere between a trade show booth and a permanent display. Danroc Corporation aims to close that gap with a matching set of portable sample boards and a compact tiered rack that keeps everything organized in one place.
Sample boards with handles and tiered display staircase give manufacturers a coordinated way to present multiple product options
The Wooster, Ohio-based company is now offering building product manufacturers a more structured and transportable way to showcase their lines through customizable sample boards paired with the Stair Step Display, a tiered rack engineered to hold several boards without taking up excessive floor space.

Danroc’s sample boards with handles are built primarily from 1/4-inch MDF, with rounded corners and a built-in handhold that makes them easier to carry. Buyers can customize the boards with printed graphics, product details, and mounted material samples suited to flooring, tile, stone, siding, roofing, brick, and other building product categories.
For showrooms and sales settings, the company’s display staircase accommodates up to 10 sample boards at staggered heights, so multiple colors, finishes, or product options remain visible and within reach simultaneously.
By pairing the two products, manufacturers can move samples from client meetings and trade show booths into permanent showroom presentations without having to switch formats or rework their displays.
Danroc handles manufacturing, printing, and sample mounting entirely in-house at its Wooster, Ohio facility. Custom options cover board dimensions, materials, printing, and sample mounting, plus display configurations for products that don’t fit standard racks.
The Stair Step Display generally ships two to four weeks after design approval and once materials are on hand.

Why it matters: Coordinated sampling tools like these help manufacturers present a polished, unified brand image across every sales touchpoint, from a trade show aisle to a permanent showroom wall. That consistency can shorten sales cycles and reduce the clutter and confusion that often come with juggling loose material samples.
