The Little Rock office of Western Specialty Contractors has wrapped up a facade restoration job at Venson Towers, a multi-family residential building located in Memphis, Tennessee.

Serving as a subcontractor, Western carried out both vertical and overhead concrete repairs across the structure to address damage and prolong the building’s lifespan. The scope of work additionally involved the installation of an elastomeric coating for extra protection on the exterior surfaces.

As part of the rehabilitation, Western also installed new balcony railings, which complemented the concrete repairs and exterior coating while enhancing the general state of the building’s balconies.

“Projects at occupied multi-family properties require careful planning and a strong focus on quality throughout the restoration process,” said Kelly Ingram, Branch Manager of Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch. “Our team completed the concrete repairs, coating and railing replacement while delivering a finished project we are proud of.”

Work on the project began in May 2026 and concluded in August 2026. Western completed all tasks on schedule and within the allocated budget, meeting the project team’s expectations.
