This year marks 25 years of impact for OIC of South Florida, and the summit’s theme is “Imagine. Innovate. Elevate.” The organization describes this moment as a pivotal point for the American middle class, with more than 500 business executives, policymakers, workforce innovators, educators and national thought leaders convening for two days of solution-focused dialogue.
The 2026 agenda zeroes in on four key pressures affecting working families nationwide: artificial intelligence and the changing workforce, affordable housing, healthcare access, and the systems that shape long-term economic progress.
Among the confirmed speakers are U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Broward County Mayor Mark Bogen, Broward County Administrator Monica Cepero, Broward County Transit CEO Coree Cuff Lonergan, and OIC of America President & CEO Louis King.
