H&W Global Dermatology Conference returns to Orlando with free travel for resident scholars

Orlando is set to host the second edition of a global dermatology continuing medical education conference, with a new initiative designed to remove financial barriers for emerging physicians.

“This is a great opportunity for us to support emerging physicians by giving them access to some of the most influential thought-leaders in the dermatology space.”— Firas George Hougeir, MD, FAAD

Following the success of its inaugural event last fall, Health & Wellness Global Alliance co-founders Firas George Hougeir, MD, FAAD and Jonathan Weiss, MD, FAAD have confirmed that the second H&W Global Dermatology CME Conference will take place November 12-15, 2026, at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore in Orlando, FL.
Designed to bring a wider range of global viewpoints to North American practitioners, this year’s gathering emphasizes education and open dialogue aimed at encouraging collaboration, fresh thinking, and improved patient outcomes in dermatology. The agenda offers rigorous scientific review and hands-on discussion of how to apply new knowledge in daily practice, making it relevant for board-certified dermatologists, dermatology nurse practitioners, physician associates/assistants, and residents alike.
Recognizing the importance of nurturing the next wave of dermatology providers, the program introduces a dedicated Resident Scholar Program for this year. “We are pleased to host eligible US-based residents at this year’s program with no-cost registration, travel support, and free hotel accommodations,” says Dr. Hougeir. “This is a great opportunity for us to support emerging physicians by giving them access to some of the most influential thought-leaders in the dermatology space.” Full eligibility criteria and application instructions are available online.
“Last year’s conference provided an intimate setting in which attendees could truly interact and learn from our esteemed faculty while also networking with colleagues and having informative interactions with industry representatives. This year, we again seek to nurture interaction on a personal level. We welcome families to stay at the Conrad Orlando and explore all the fun activities nearby!” adds Dr. Weiss.
Healthcare professionals can now register for the event, and reservations can be made at a reduced rate within the room block at Conrad Orlando at Evermore.
The H&W Global Dermatology CME Conference is being jointly planned with Physician Resources, LLC and in alignment with ACCME accreditation standards for AMA PRA Category 1 credit™. A current listing of world-renowned expert faculty is available online.
