Across 2.5 days, the event will merge executive-level AI and business strategy with a featured keynote from New York Times bestselling author Mike Michalowicz, a firewalk that is optional, and live entertainment provided by Nick and Lindsay Williams, who have performed on America’s Got Talent.

MEDIA INVITATION: Media outlets in the St. Louis area—including television, radio, print, digital, and business press—are welcome to cover any part of Human by Design. For the full event schedule, media credentials, interview scheduling, and additional information, reach out to Sandy Wardenburg Waggett at 573-552-8403 or sandy@mswinteractivedesigns.com.

Hosted by T.H.E. Impact Network, this marks the 67th Annual Eagle Summit, designed for founders, CEOs, owners, senior leaders, and leadership teams. Capacity is deliberately restricted to 75 attendees, fostering a setting where speakers stay with the group rather than leaving after their presentations.

Waggett works as an AI systems architect, author, speaker, and five-time Summit keynote presenter. Her focus involves constructing AI-powered business ecosystems around a company’s knowledge, standards, operations, and market visibility. At Human by Design, she will guide participants beyond isolated tools and prompts toward an AI architecture plan tailored to their businesses. Additionally, attendees will create a digital-clone blueprint that incorporates voice, video presence, and an AI-driven knowledge system.

“This is not a conference. It is a community,” said Waggett.

Michalowicz is scheduled to give the featured keynote on Friday, October 2, at 3 p.m. He developed Profit First, a cash-management approach that, according to his official biography, has assisted more than one million business owners in shifting from survival mode to steady profitability. His additional books include Clockwork, The Pumpkin Plan, Fix This Next, Get Different, All In, and The Money Habit.

The agenda transitions from strategy to hands-on experience on Friday evening. Matt Shoup—an author, keynote speaker, and firewalk instructor—will lead the optional Pour Into People Firewalk Breakthrough Experience. This activity aims to help participants confront self-imposed boundaries and examine their reactions to fear in life, leadership, and business. Individuals may choose to walk across the coals or simply observe.

Saturday’s schedule concludes with cocktails and a live set from Nick and Lindsay Williams, who appeared on America’s Got Talent. The event describes their show as a mix of powerful vocals, violin, and rockabilly energy.

Both the firewalk and the live performance align with the broader premise of the summit: leaders require more than technical education to navigate changes driven by AI. The Eagle Summit connects technology adoption with courage, judgment, communication, relationships, well-being, profitability, and the capacity to lead during uncertain times.

The current lineup includes 25 speakers addressing AI, business, financial leadership, communication, emotional resilience, health, and purpose. Among the speakers are operations strategist Jhana Li, AI strategy and governance leader Kim Resch, communication expert John Bates, Joy First Method creator Dr. Seema Desai, and Todd D. Palmer, a retired six-time Inc. 5000 CEO.

Human by Design begins Thursday evening, October 1, with a welcome reception. The main program runs October 2–3 at the Undivided Experience Center, 657 Spirit Airpark West, Suite 102, Chesterfield, Missouri 63005, located in the St. Louis metro area.
